South Polar hood clouds prominent. Mare Cimmerium and Mare Sirenum visible, near Solis Lacus which was on the following limb. Nix Olympia and Propontis Complex visible near center of the disk. Chryse visible also on following limb. Mare Boreum and North Polar Cap visible.
